De functie
Wij op zoek naar een part-time Telefoniste / Receptioniste.
In deze afwisselende functie – zo nu en dan in een best wel hectische omgeving – ben je het visitekaartje van DSM in Leeuwarden. Je draagt zorg voor het eerste contact met onze interne en externe klanten en je verwijst klanten door naar de juiste collega.
Daarnaast voer je verschillende administratieve taken uit. Je zorgt voor een maximale (interne en externe) klant bediening en klanttevredenheid.
Je werkomgeving
Op de DSM site in Leeuwarden worden o.a. microbacteriële cultures voor de wereldwijde zuivelindustrie geproduceerd. Op de site werken totaal ca. 110 medewerkers in productie, laboratoria en op kantoor.
Er heerst een informele sfeer waar collega’s in een hecht teamverband werken. De site is goed te bereiken met zowel fiets, auto als openbaar vervoer.
Jouw profiel
Jij bent een enthousiast en energiek persoon met een opleiding op minimaal MBO-4 niveau en ca. 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Je bent flexibel, kunt snel schakelen, je bent communicatief vaardig en je hebt de passie om onze interne en externe klanten zo optimaal mogelijk te woord te staan en verder te helpen. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, je werkt nauwkeurig, je kunt overweg met een telefooncentrale en je bent handig met de computer (o.a. Outlook, Teams, Excel). Daarnaast heb je geen problemen met Engels spreken, lezen en schrijven.
De periode, werkdagen en -tijden
Je werkt 4 uren per week. Je mag zelf een dagdeel kiezen op de dinsdag of de woensdag. Dit komt circa 10 weken per jaar voor. Tijdens de vakanties vang je andere collega’s op.
De werktijden zijn van 8.30 tot 17.00 uur.
